I m planning to construct my house after 3 months.
total area : 1800 sq. feet.( GF 1000 + FF 800 )
GF : 1 BHK and sit out, staircase. two toilet ( one for bed room and other for hall which is to be hidden with staircase also one wash basin in hall)
FF : 2 BH and Balcony Bed room with 2 toilet
please design with wastu.
the plot is facing towards east and it is a rectangular plot 10 cent. (100 X 50 feet) front view is 100 feet and side is 50 feet)
please consider as below,
GF,
Hall = 450 sq.feet , incl stair case
BR 225 sq. ft incl toilet
Kitchen = 225 sq.ft
sit out 125 sq. ft
FF.
Hall = 350 sq.feet
BR 225 sq. ft incl toilet = 2 nos
balcony 150 sq. ft ( non constructive area )
