4. Construction Components

4.1. Substructure

• Clear and level the land by removing unnecessary elements.
• Prepare the foundation as required.
• DR masonry: Using 60x60 cm stones.
• RR masonry: Using 45x45 cm stones with 1:6 cement mortar.
• RCC plinth beam: 15 cm thick, 30 cm wide, M20 mix, using 8 mm rods.
• Cement, reinforcement, and metal brands: UltraTech, ACC, Tata, JSW, or other ISI-approved brands.

4.2. Superstructure

• Solid block work in 1:5 cement mortar up to 3 meters height.
• Door and window frames as per the plan.
• Lintel and slabs: M20 mix, using 8 mm rods.
• Complete plastering (walls, ceilings, beams).
• Use ISI-grade PPC cement.

4.3. Sanitary Works

• Sanitary fittings and tanks will be ISI-approved brands.
• Includes septic tank, 1000-liter PVC water tank, closet, kitchen sink, and health faucet.
• Bathroom accessories: Soap holder, towel rod, brush holder.

4.4. Electrical Works

• Wiring and fittings as per the electrical drawing.
